Hi :)

My name is Alex, I am 17 years old and I live in Germany. I am currently doing my Abitur (German equivalent of A-levels) and I want to pursue a degree in psychology afterwards.

I somehow always knew that I wanted to help people, but I never knew how. That's exactly what I want to do with this blog. I address topics that are talked about far too little and therefore many people don't know how to deal with them. There are also many misunderstandings that I want to clarify with this blog.

Every Thursday, I send out a newsletter about interpersonal psychology, the three pillars of life or a summary of a book that I think more people should know about. In addition, once a month, a separate blog post appears where we delve a little deeper.

The newsletter is for anyone who is interested in psychology or these topics, curious, or just wants to read something interesting while having their morning coffee.
